Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens or financial information.

Issues are public, so please leave out conversation content and personal information.

What to include

• Extension version: shown on the Lucian card in chrome://extensions.
• Chrome version: shown in chrome://settings/help.
• The service (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok) and what you ran (handoff, PDF, Markdown and so on)
• What happened, and roughly how long the conversation is (number of messages)
• Any error text shown in the popup or panel

Share conversation content only when it is really needed, with sensitive parts removed.

Quick checks

• If the Lucian button is missing under answers, reload the chat tab. The same features are also in the popup from the Lucian icon in the toolbar.
• On Claude, the button on older answers appears when you hover over them.
• Installed from the Chrome Web Store? Updates are automatic. Installed from a release ZIP? After updating, press Lucian's reload (↻) button in chrome://extensions, then reload any open chat tabs.
• PDF is made through Chrome's print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination.
• Files are saved to Chrome's download folder. Use “Show in folder” in the completion message to find them.
• To remove all stored data, uninstall the extension.
