About lucianLabs
Built for my work. Shared for yours.
Hi, I’m Lucian.
lucianLabs is my personal workshop. I build tools that fix what bothered me while working with AI agents like Claude Code and Codex, and publish them for free with instructions and source code.
Most of them started from a problem I actually ran into: follow-up requests cutting into a running task (claude-next), not knowing where tokens go (Codex Token Xray), and the worry that an agent could delete an important folder (DELETE-DENIED).
What you can find here
Tools — what claude-next, Codex Token Xray, Astra Xray, DELETE-DENIED, Python to Textfile, PromptFilm, Lucian UX/UI Prompt and AI Chat Exporter do, how they work and how to install them. Each page links to its public repository.
Notes — experiment logs, numbers I measured while building the tools, and why and how they work. Written in Korean, with English translations.
Films — three 3D films made with PromptFilm, with notes on the sources behind each one and which parts are illustrative.
Experiments and files — Lotto Lab is a virtual draw simulator that takes no money and sells no tickets, and Saju Lab is a Saju reading app with no sign-up. Free practice files for the Claude Code beginner guide are here too.
How the content is written
Everything here is based on the projects’ public source, the actual work, and values I measured. Numbers come with their conditions or sources, and anything I could not verify is labeled as such.
Workflow illustrations explain usage; they are not live sessions or benchmarks. Illustrative scenes in the films are marked in their captions and on the films page. Clients in the practice files are fictional.
I use AI tools for drafting and translation. Before anything is published I check it against my actual work logs and edit it myself. When published content changes, the update date is shown.
Check each repository for installation requirements and license terms, and please tell me if this site and the public documentation disagree or something is wrong.
Ads and how the site is run
To cover running costs, some pages such as the home page and tool pages show Google AdSense ads. The privacy, terms and contact pages, film players, Lotto Lab and the practice files carry no ads.
Ads do not influence what I write about tools or anything else. If anything is ever sponsored, the page will say so clearly. Details on ads and cookies are in the privacy policy.
